Warranty Services
COMPLIMENTARY IN-HOME WARRANTY SERVICE:
Unlike most small home appliances that require customers to bring in the product for warranty, we specially offer a complimentary In-Home warranty service. If customer is having any trouble with the product, we will provide a trouble shooting assistance first and will also provide an on-site technical visit when is necessary. However, if the issue cannot be found or it is not within the warranty coverage area after the on-site inspection, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the visiting.
THE SERVICE DO NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
Any problem caused by incorrect installation, usage, operation, and / or weather, parts that can be adjusted by the user
Noise caused by un-tightened parts / screws
Outbound islands, forbidden areas, and locations that do not allow vehicles
Product that is for used at overseas or purchased from un-authorized dealer
Product has been modified
Product that is installed at a location that requires special access equipment (scissor lifts, scaffolding, long ladders etc)
All consumption goods such as battery, light bulb (except built-in light bulb)
Glass, fan blade and the fan housing
Regular on-site inspection
A trouble shooting guide is included with every fan for customer's reference. Our team can also be reached by telephone within the office hours should the customer may require any assistance. In case of any dispute, EL AR reserves the right of final decision.

•Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
•What is the lead time?
It usually takes 3 to 15 days after receiving payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
•What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons.If is fragile we will make wooden frame and we also can according to your requirements.
•How to solve the quality problems after sales?
Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.
•Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
• Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
• How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
