Q3: More blades / More RPM = More airflow?

Not exactly. There are many factors such as the design of the fan, the angle of the blades, the location for installing the fan etc. can affect the airflow. The number of blades is mainly for the look and design. As for the RPM, if the angle and the shape of the blade is aerodynamics, the fan does not need a high RPM to offer great airflow.
