Q1: Is ceiling fan a green product?

Definitely! A good ceiling fan only uses approximately the same power of a regular light bulb. It can keep you cool without sacrificing comfort on hot days and it also can help to keep you warm and save lots on energy cost on cold days. Q2: Can I purchase one accessory remote for multiple ceiling fans?

Each accessory remote comes with a remote handset and a receiver. A ceiling fan can only response to the remote handset if it has the receiver installed. Therefore, the answer is no because the other fans that do not have a receiver installed would not response to the remote handset. Each fan should have its own set of remote control and receiver and they can be set on different channels for individual operation.

In some special cases, you can also set the same type of remote controls onto the same channel for group operation. That means you can use one remote handset to operate a group of fans together.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea  shipping also optional.
